Orthodontists straighten teeth with braces and clear aligners; endodontists handle root canals; periodontists treat gum disease and place implants; oral and maxillofacial surgeons extract wisdom teeth, place implants and do jaw surgery, often under IV sedation; prosthodontists rebuild smiles with crowns, bridges and dentures; denture centers focus on full and partial dentures, relines and repairs. Sedation and hospital dentists serve anxious patients and people with special needs, while TMJ and sleep-apnea dentists make oral appliances for jaw pain and snoring.

Dr. Franco and his team have been absolutely wonderful throughout my daughter’s braces journey. From the very first visit, they made her feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail have been outstanding, and her smile looks amazing! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make every appointment a positive experience. Super nice office and fantastic staff, all willing to take time to ensure I understood the process and my questions were answered! As for Dr Farino, hands down the best dental/orthodontist I have visited. What a wonderful personality! He provided meaningful answers to my questions. And then I listened to him as he was removing braces of a boy and I was so impressed with how he cheered that young boy on! “This is the reason I come to work”!!! How incredible is that! He is so impressive.

My daughter had the best experience at Farina Orthodontics! A friend recommended them, and it turned out to be one of the best recommendations we've received. Everyone at the Wesley Chapel location was kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire process. We spent three years there, and every visit was a positive experience. The team always made us feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Farina Orthodontics to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care. My youngest daughter will be starting treatment there as well, and we couldn't be happier to return!

I would highly recommend this doctor. From the beginning of the appointment, he was very friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. He explained everything clearly, including the procedure itself and what to expect afterward, which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the visit. I was also very impressed with the quality of his work. He removed the tartar buildup from the teeth thoroughly, and the results honestly looked even better than what I would expect from a deep dental cleaning. In addition, I really appreciated how technology-oriented and efficient the office and process were. Everything felt modern, organized, and convenient. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this doctor to others. I would also like to recognize the young lady who assisted us during our visit. She was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the very beginning. She explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. At the end of the visit, we had the opportunity to play a prize wheel, and she kindly helped us win. That was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture, and it truly made our experience
